How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Opinionsbrief Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Opinionsbrief Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we matched you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Opinionsbrief Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@opinionsbrief.blog and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
